What Happens After the Camera Stops
The photo above is a normal filming day at our studio. Three cameras, lights set, mics live, a remote guest joining on the laptop. The client sits down, we talk, and about sixty minutes later we're done.
That part is the easy part.
What decides whether that hour becomes something your business actually uses is everything that happens after we stop rolling. And that's the part most people don't think about until the footage is sitting in a folder.
Filming Is About an Hour. Post-Production Is the Rest.
We've had clients come to us with footage from a year ago that never got published. Not because it was bad. Because nobody had time to edit it, cut the clips, design the thumbnails, write the descriptions, and get it out.
That's why we handle the whole thing. You can book our Scottsdale studio and take your raw files home. Or you can hand it to us and get finished, published content back.
YouTube Video Editing and Channel Management
This is where a lot of our work lives. Multi-camera editing, color grading, audio mastering, branded intros and outros, B-roll, motion graphics, and animated titles.
Then the parts people forget: custom thumbnails, SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, chapters, tags, upload scheduling, and ongoing analytics. We've created 100+ YouTube channels and published 20,000+ videos, so we know what moves and what doesn't.
Podcast Editing and Production
Multi-cam video edits and audio-only mastering. Branded intros, outros, and episode graphics. Show notes and SEO-optimized episode summaries. Audiograms and quote cards.
Then distribution to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and every major audio platform. Remote guests recorded through Riverside get mixed with in-studio footage in the same episode, at the same quality.
Short-Form: Reels, Shorts, TikToks, Teasers
One filming day becomes months of social content. But only if the clips are cut properly.
We don't export the same vertical file five times and call it done. Each platform rewards different pacing, different hooks, different caption styles. So we cut for the platform:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- TikToks
- LinkedIn video posts
- Teasers and trailers for episode launches
- Quote cards and audiograms for feed content
Every clip gets hook-first editing, captions, subtitles, and on-screen text — because most people watch on mute.
Everything Else We Do After Filming
The list is longer than most people expect:
- VFX and motion graphics — animated titles, transitions, visual polish
- Graphic and video design — thumbnails, covers, channel art, branded templates
- Sound design — music, mixing, audio cleanup
- Captions and subtitles — accessibility and silent viewing
- Copywriting — scripts, hooks, headlines, show notes, articles
- Content promotion and ad campaigns — paid amplification of what's already performing
- Social media management — scheduling, publishing, consistent presence
Distribution: Where It Actually Goes
We publish and manage across YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and email.
You approve. We handle the rest.
How Fast You Get It Back
Your first edited video comes back within 24 to 48 hours. Larger projects with full post-production — motion design, color grading, multiple deliverables — run 7 to 10 business days.
Weekly and monthly series run on a fixed publishing schedule with a dedicated project manager on the account. If you've committed to a weekly show, missing a week isn't an option, and we build around that.
You Don't Have to Film With Us
Worth saying clearly: if you filmed somewhere else, or filmed yourself, or have a drive full of footage from last year — send it over. We'll handle the full edit.
Plenty of our post-production clients have never set foot in our studio.
What It Costs
Monthly content packages start at $800/month and include editing, short-form clips, thumbnails, and distribution. If you want to film with us too, studio sessions start at $129/hour for solo and $169/hour for multi-camera setups.
One-off projects are quoted on footage length, deliverable count, and turnaround.
Why This Matters More Than the Shoot
Most businesses don't have a filming problem. They have a follow-through problem.
The session gets booked. The footage gets shot. And then it sits — or it gets edited once, posted to one platform, and that's the end of it. When the same hour could have produced an episode, ten clips, three graphics, and a month of consistent presence.
That's the whole reason we built the team we did: 40+ people across design, copywriting, editing, and marketing. Not so we could film more. So that what gets filmed actually gets used.
