One Filming Day, Three Months of Content: How We Work With Clients

Why Clients Stay With Us for Years

Some of our clients have been with us for several years now. Not on a contract that traps them. They just keep booking.

When we ask why, the answer is usually some version of the same thing: it's the only part of my marketing I don't have to think about.

That's the whole model, really. We made it simple.

They Don't Come With Ideas. We Bring Those.

The hardest part of content isn't filming. It's sitting down on a Tuesday and figuring out what to say.

So we removed that step. Before every shoot, our team builds the content plan — topics, angles, hooks, headlines, and the order to film them in. We look at what your audience is searching for, what performed last quarter, and what your competitors aren't saying.

Our clients show up to a plan. They don't build one.

One Day in the Studio. Two to Three Months of Content.

This is the part that surprises people.

You come to our Scottsdale studio for a full day. We film four to six episodes back to back — sometimes more. Multiple setups so nothing looks repetitive: the White Podcast Room, the Digital Room with LD screens, the Black Podcast Room, the cyclorama wall, the couch setup for conversations.

Change the room, change the look. Same day, same session.

One client filmed four to six months of YouTube content with us across two full days. Another project produced 200+ pieces of content from two production days.

Then they go back to running their business.

What Comes Out of That One Day

Here's what a single full-day shoot turns into once our team gets hold of it:

  • Long-form videos — multi-camera edits with branded intros, outros, and lower thirds
  • Podcast episodes — video and audio, mastered and ready
  • Short-form clips — Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, LinkedIn video
  • Teasers and trailers for each episode launch
  • Custom thumbnails and channel art
  • Audiograms and quote cards for feed content
  • Show notes, titles, descriptions, and SEO-optimized summaries
  • Captions and subtitles for silent viewing
  • Motion graphics, VFX, and sound design where the content calls for it

First edited video comes back in 24 to 48 hours. Everything else follows an agreed schedule.

Then We Publish It. All of It.

This is where most agencies hand you a folder and wish you luck.

We don't. We upload, schedule, and manage the content across every platform that matters:

  • YouTube — uploads, thumbnails, SEO, chapters, full channel management
  • Spotify and Apple Podcasts — episode distribution and show management
  • Instagram — Reels, feed posts, Stories
  • TikTok — platform-native vertical cuts
  • LinkedIn — video posts and written content for professional reach
  • Facebook — video and page content
  • X — clips and post copy
  • Threads — short-form and conversational content
  • Email marketing — episode announcements and newsletters
  • Your website — embedded video and articles

And when something performs, we put ad spend behind it. Paid promotion on the content that's already working, rather than guessing what might.

Then We Tell You What Worked

Every month, reporting. What got watched, what got shared, which topics landed, which platform is pulling weight.

That feeds straight back into the next content plan. Which is why the second year with us tends to work better than the first — by then we know your audience.

Why It Actually Lasts

Consistency is what kills most content programs. Not quality — consistency.

Someone starts strong, posts weekly for six weeks, gets busy, and stops. Three months later the channel looks abandoned.

Filming a quarter at a time solves that. The content is already made. Already edited. Already scheduled. A busy month at your business doesn't create a gap in your content, because the gap was filled two months ago.

That's the reason clients stay. Not loyalty — it just works, and it keeps working while they're doing something else.

What It Looks Like to Start

A free call. We learn the business, the audience, and what you want the content to do. Then we build the plan and book the day.

Monthly content packages start at $800/month. Studio sessions on their own start at $129/hour for solo and $169/hour for multi-camera setups. Full production days are custom quoted.
